iOS - Multi-device Support - How to Move Your Account (Profile and Lists) to a New Device

In order to move your WhosHere account on iOS to a new device you must have possession of your original (or previous) iOS device.  Starting with your original iOS device follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Setup > Multi-device Support *
  2. Select either Connect With Facebook or Connect With Email
  3. Follow the prompts
Once you have connected your WhosHere account to either Facebook or your Email address follow these steps:
  1. Go to Setup > Multi-device Support
  2. Connect With Facebook -or- Correct With Email
  3. If Facebook follow the prompts.  If Email, "I already connected my account".  Follow the prompts and tap "Login".
  4. Restart your device.
Be sure to connect with the same Facebook or Email account.  When you log in to the new device, your profile and Lists (Near**, Chats, Favs and Looks) will be moved over to your new device.
Once you complete these steps, you can also log into your account on WhosHere Web from any PC or Mac.
* If you do not see "Multi-device Support" in Setup, you need to upgrade to the latest version of WhosHere.
** Your Near list will change regularly as our matching software updates your results from time to time.
