Android - How to Request a Refund for a Duplicate Purchase

To make a refund request from WhosHere on a duplicate purchase, please do the following:

  1. Find the two receipts that Google Play emailed you after you made your initial and duplicate WhosHere purchase
  2. Locate the two Google Order IDs
  3. Open a WhosHere ticket inside the app - Setup > Help & Troubleshooting > Create Ticket
  4. Create a ticket and include your two Google Order IDs

Please note we only provide refunds for accidental, duplicate purchases.  The duplicate purchase must be unused.  A purchase is considered duplicate if it is the same In App Purchase item and the two purchases were made within 15 minutes of each other.
